Free has no expiry and needs no credit card. For a paid plan, decide whether the annual saving is worth paying for a full year before you know the platform fits your work.

Systeme.io Free Plan — $0/Month
The Free plan is the obvious starting point for someone who has not yet validated their online business.
The current Free tier includes:
- Up to 2,000 contacts
- 3 sales funnels
- 1 course
- 1 custom domain
- Unlimited email sending
- No credit card required
Systeme.io states that the Free plan does not expire. Systeme.io pricing
That means it is not simply a seven-day or fourteen-day trial.
You can build a funnel, collect contacts, send email, connect a domain, and test whether the platform actually fits your workflow before paying.
For a much deeper breakdown of what you can and cannot do on the Free tier, I covered the limits separately in my Systeme.io Free Plan Limitations (2026) guide.

Who Is the Free Plan Best For?
I think the Free plan makes the most sense for:
- New solopreneurs
- Creators testing their first offer
- Freelancers building an email list
- Businesses with fewer than 2,000 contacts
- Anyone who wants to test Systeme.io before committing to another monthly SaaS subscription
The key advantage is that you can build something real rather than simply explore a restricted demo.
The disadvantage is capacity.
Three funnels and the other Free-plan limits can become restrictive as your business starts running multiple campaigns or products.
Systeme.io Startup — $17/Month
When comparing Systeme.io pricing, Startup is the first paid plan and currently costs $17 per month.
It increases the contact limit to 5,000 contacts and increases the amount of capacity available for a growing business.
Systeme.io’s current pricing information also lists 5 courses for Startup, compared with one course on Free. Systeme.io pricing
For many solopreneurs, this is probably the first paid plan worth considering.
You are still paying relatively little compared with maintaining several separate SaaS subscriptions, but you have considerably more room to operate than on the Free plan.
When Does Startup Make Sense?
I would consider Startup when one of two things happens.
First, your contact list begins approaching the Free plan’s 2,000-contact limit.
Second, your business becomes complex enough that the Free plan’s resource limits interfere with actual campaigns.
The important point is that I would not upgrade simply because Startup exists.
I would upgrade because the Free plan has begun limiting something I am actively using.
Systeme.io Webinar — $47/Month
The Webinar plan is currently listed at $47 per month and supports up to 10,000 contacts. Systeme.io pricing
Its defining difference is automated webinar functionality.
That means this plan becomes much more relevant for businesses using evergreen webinars as part of their sales funnel.
For example, a creator could run a funnel where a visitor registers for a webinar, watches a pre-recorded presentation through an automated schedule, and then moves into a sales sequence.
That is a significantly more advanced use case than simply collecting email subscribers.
Who Is the Webinar Plan For?
The Webinar tier makes more sense for businesses that already know they need automated webinars.
If your business is still focused on basic lead generation, email marketing, and simple funnels, I would not pay $47 per month just to have features I am not yet using.
The upgrade becomes more rational when webinars are part of an actual conversion strategy.
Systeme.io Unlimited — $97/Month
The Unlimited plan currently costs $97 per month and removes the contact limit. Systeme.io pricing
This is the plan designed for businesses that have moved beyond the capacity constraints of the lower tiers.
At this point, Systeme.io is less of an inexpensive experiment and more of the central infrastructure for an online business.
A business managing a large contact database, multiple funnels, courses, automations, and offers may benefit from removing those limits.
For a new solopreneur, however, Unlimited is probably unnecessary.
I would rather begin with Free and upgrade as actual usage grows.
What Is Included on Every Systeme.io Plan?
This is one of the more important parts of the pricing structure.
Systeme.io currently states that all plans include:
- Unlimited email sending
- Unlimited file storage
- 0% transaction fees from Systeme.io
- Affiliate program functionality
As checked on October 7, 2026, the official comparison table lists 500 students on Free and unlimited students on paid plans. The same page also describes students as unlimited across all plans. Because those statements conflict, confirm the student allowance in your account or with Systeme.io support before launching a course.
One important distinction: 0% transaction fees from Systeme.io does not mean payment processing itself is free. Payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal can still charge their own processing fees.
Does Systeme.io Have a Lifetime Deal?
Systeme.io’s subscription documentation describes monthly and annual paid plans. Its non-expiring Free plan is separate from a one-time purchase of a paid plan.
A current official one-time paid lifetime offer has not been verified for this guide. If you find a promotion, check who is selling it, the included plan and limits, whether the charge recurs, and any renewal or access conditions. A “lifetime discount” can still involve recurring payments.
Be especially careful with resold sub-accounts: Systeme.io’s sub-account guidance prohibits publicly offering them as lifetime deals.
Systeme.io vs Paying for Multiple SaaS Tools
This is where the pricing becomes more interesting for a one-person business.
Without an all-in-one platform, a solopreneur might separately pay for:
- A funnel builder
- Email marketing
- Automation
- Course hosting
- Affiliate management
- Website or landing-page tools
Each individual subscription may look manageable.
But once several tools are combined, both the monthly cost and the amount of time required to connect everything can increase quickly.
This was one of the main reasons I tested Systeme.io in the first place.
If you want the broader hands-on evaluation rather than just the pricing breakdown, see my Systeme.io for Solopreneurs (2026) review.
Which Systeme.io Plan Should a Solopreneur Choose?
Choose the lowest plan that covers every resource your setup needs. Start with the first limit your planned setup would exceed:
- A first opt-in funnel with fewer than 2,000 contacts may fit Free if your campaign, automation, and other resource needs also fit its allowances.
- A list of 2,500 contacts points toward Startup, provided its other limits cover your setup. Contact count alone is not a reason to move straight to Webinar.
- A business with 1,000 contacts that needs an evergreen webinar should compare Webinar even though its list is small; Free and Startup do not include evergreen webinars.
These are plan-selection examples, not complete account audits. Check every resource your setup needs against the current detailed comparison and your account allowance before upgrading.
Is Systeme.io Pricing Good Value?
Compare the Systeme.io plan you actually need with the subscriptions you could stop paying for. Keep any tools you would still need in the total, and allow for migration and rebuilding work.
Keeping a working setup can be reasonable when switching would save little or require replacing features you rely on. Use the Free plan or monthly billing to check fit before committing to an annual payment.
Final Thoughts: Which Systeme.io Plan Would I Start With?
Before choosing a plan, count the contacts, funnels, campaigns, workflows, courses, and domains your next setup needs. Compare that list with the detailed allowances, then choose monthly or annual billing based on the commitment you can justify.
